Vice President, Experience Design, DXC
I currently lead Experience Design for Autodesk's COO organization, specifically the DXC. Throughout my career, I've dedicated myself to using the tools of product and design to make a meaningful difference in people's lives. I encourage my teams to stay focused on the impact of their work, ensuring they reach their highest potential. I have significant experience in the non-profit space and have worked in philanthropy. This means I can support both from a subject matter stand point as well as contribute to non profit activities such as grant writing, organization, and strategy.
With 15+ years of experience in design and product I have shaped, built, and launched product in healthcare, education, philanthropy, and consumer services. I have been the head of product design at a number of VC-backed health tech startups including Quanttus, Foundation Medicine, and Hinge Health. At both Quanttus and Foundation Medicine I was the founding designer, building the product and design team from scratch; I deeply understand the importance of focusing on business outcomes and staying lean.
I am able to contribute and multiple scales from strategy to execution. I also led product design at the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative, helping shape organizational strategy while growing and maturing the product and design functions.
I have experience in reviewing and preparing grants, fund raising activities and organization tactics for non-profits. From a leadership perspective I believe building community and fostering psychological safety is critical for highly skilled team to achieve maximal productivity.
