Software Engineering Manager at Autodesk with a passion for technology, leadership, and helping people grow. I enjoy bringing teams together, solving complex challenges, and turning those challenges into meaningful results. With a background in engineering, project leadership, and business development, I bring both technical and business perspectives to my work. I believe in creating a positive, collaborative environment where people feel empowered to do their best work.

My name is Kris, and I’ve been with Autodesk since 2016. I started as an engineer, moved into leading projects, and eventually became an engineering manager. Before joining Autodesk, I worked in business development at a consulting company. I also studied Physics and Economics at the University of Gothenburg in Sweden.

Outside of work, I’m passionate about sailing and actively race sailboats on San Francisco Bay. I love spending time outdoors, enjoying nature, and helping others. Making people happy and having a positive impact on those around me is something I truly value.
