I provide support, and customer experience for Revit and AEC product support by solving problems, providing innovative wokflows. Iam also the Young Professionals Network SIte Lead in Barcelona and a KCS coach, empowering people to achieve their goals and grow in their career.

I am a BIM expert, architect and urban planner, currently working as an AEC Product Representative at Autodesk in the Revit team.

I have a Master's degree in Advanced Construction focused on Sustainable Construction and Refurbishment at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia (UPC), Barcelona, Spain.
I am currently studying an Executive MBA in the University of Barcelona (UB), to enhance business insights in areas such as leadership, strategy, finance, and operations, improving my decision-making ability and preparing for management positions.

My professional experience is currently mainly in AEC in the retail sector and in BIM. I have been professionally trained in the area of energy efficiency in buildings, as well as evaluation of thermal performance of facades. In my current role, I have been activelly in the customer success and experience field, alognside some leadership and innovation projects, such as implementing AI in the product support workflows for Autodesk employees.

I'm in constant search for personal development. I have a big interest in management, leadership and business strategy.
