Hi, my name is Ovais Hamid Mattoo.

I have a core mechanical engineering background with proficiency in AEC (Architectural, Engineering and Construction) design and execution. I am a Technical Account Specialist-AEC Design on the GPS team.

I think I am suitable to contribute in making a world a sustainable designed place to live in.

Multifaceted design professional with varied experience in building information modeling, MEP project management, sustainable design, planning, and execution.

I have worked with distinct companies in the industry, starting as a design engineer in AEC field and moving to BIM Manager’s role, eventually making my way in Autodesk. I have always opted for a better world design and made for all, by utilizing the digitization technological advancements.

Coming from a design background, concentrated in HVAC and PHE designing, I would like to contribute to the society in terms of efficient and sustainable design.

I am also an enthusiastic explorer when it comes to travel. Also, I follow soccer, although lately I am much more of an observer than a real contributor, but I am hoping to get back into field very soon. Apart from outdoor activities, I love to cook and do experiments with existing recipes by giving a new twist. I am also into volunteering, by contributing a small part into helping refugees all over the world.
