Product Support Specalist, Autodesk - GPS
I am a quick learner who is always happy to figure things out in order to teach others. I enjoy finding and testing the best solutions, using my experience to broaden the knowledge of the team, and learning from others as well.
I have worked at Autodesk for almost 4 years, in 3 different positions. In this time I have been able to learn a myriad of new things, and been able to troubleshoot on the spot for them. I am a good team member who is happy to learn in order to develop the entire teams understanding.
I started at Autodesk troubleshooting AutoCAD, while earning my bachelors in Architecture at the Boston Architectural College, where I learned design strategies and how to work through the iterative process for art and architecture.
After graduating, I moved into the Architectural and Engineering collection, learning Revit and Navisworks and troubleshooting them on the AEC support team. Now I am learning and supporting Fabrication CADmep, CAMduct, and ESTmep.
