I'm passionate about the AEC Industry and how technology impacts it. I have a good grip on BIM and VDC tools, and have often used them in past roles. In a Director capacity, I have prior experience in scaling a small company to grow revenues by 1000% in 7 years, increase headcount by 6 times and penetrate new markets & services.
I have 6+ years of experience in Building Information Modeling (BIM), Virtual Design and Construction (VDC), and Construction Technology Solutions. My education background is Civil Engineering and Construction Management.
I worked at a BIM/VDC consulting firm for 6.5 yrs where I was fortunate to play multiple roles. In the technical delivery team, I learnt how to use tools such as Revit and Navisworks to provide consulting services to AEC clients. I was able to then work in the Marketing & Business Strategy team for about 3 years, and was able to lead many growth initiatives at the company.
During the course of my marketing experience I was able to touch many different aspects - events and conferences, promotional activities, digital marketing, business development, product demos, implementing and using CRMs, sales pipelines, and business plans.
