Bharat ("Baz") is both a Chartered Architectural Technologist (CIAT) and Charted Construction Manager (CIOB). With over ten years’ experience in design and construction, he specialises in offsite superstructure design and manufacture for construction and DfMA. His technical background has assisted his development in the construction industry leading him to consulting Architects and Engineers in best practice for offsite design; a progressive construction method, meeting the needs of the UK housing demands.
Outside of work, Baz is Chair of the Wessex Region for the CIAT and has helped develop the committee and welcome new faces and new ideas. Along with spearheading numerous social events for the region, Baz is now leading the committee in providing useful online CPDs to help maintain members learning despite Covid restrictions.
Baz is a keen foodie, loves experimenting in the kitchen and hosts monthly demonstrations which are soon to be moving online!
