My passion is to make the best out of current technology and help build a better world. I am an energetic team-player with strengths in communication and focus on building strong relationships. Empathy, teaching and outcome driven problem solving are my powers.

As an architect, my interests lay in the success of design oriented problem solving and the technology and methodology behind it. My professional background includes architectural design, execution planning, construction and BIM management. As of my strong teaching skills, besides several university mentoring programs, I have delivered instructor-led training of Autodesk products like Revit and Dynamo to customers in the design and construction field.

In my current role in Autodesk Product Support serving our Enterprise Priority customers, where I am applying diverse troubleshooting techniques for an expanded portfolio of modern desktop, web and mobile solutions for the construction industry f.e. BIM 360, Revit, Navisworks, Dynamo and connected data flow. I am focused on Customer Success and the user oriented design behind the product. With empathy, active listening and result oriented approach I help customers continue accelerating their business success and optimize their workflows.
