Andrea graduated from the US Naval Academy and spent several years serving in the US Navy as a nuclear surface warfare officer. After the military, she transitioned into the construction industry and spent 13 years in a variety of roles from project manager to director of quality and environmental compliance. Andrea is passionate about continuous improvement, learning, and helping teams achieve their objectives.
Outside of work, Andrea has served on several non-profit boards, and started a non-profit foundation from the ground. Andrea believes that good communication and clear governance are essential to a well-run non-profit organization and hopes to share her experience with other organizations in the future.
