Hi!

As a Technical Support Specialist for AEC Collection in the Global Product Support team in Autodesk, I support clients and companies in achieving impact through design and technology while helping them use our software most efficiently.

I'm a Civil Engineer, and I've spent a few years in different countries in Europe while studying and working. I graduated from the Cracow University of Technology in Poland, getting my MScEng and joining Autodesk here.

I am a designer, civil engineer and globetrotter who strongly believes in the smart use of technology and design as the key to solving global issues.

I started my career as a civil engineer in Sweden and Poland in international companies which helped me to evolve both my engineering skills regarding design processes in different countries and my language skills.

In 2021, I graduated with an MScEng in Roads, Highways and Streets design specialization in Civil Engineering and developed complementary skills in the field of design and BIM Technology, working with big projects both on-site and as a designer. As a Technical Support Specialist, I am supporting customers and organizations using software tools and emerging technologies to maximize their impact.
