I am a Business Process Analyst in Barcelona with an Industrial Engineering master's degree. I am currently focused on supporting strategic programs by designing and improving processes within the company to deliver value both to our internal teams and customers. During my time as a project manager in the services side, I led teams in a variety of different topics such as supply chain, customer support, and product introductions always aiming toward customer success.
Working in such a dynamic and fast-moving industry requires continuous learning to meet company and customer demands. Collaboration abilities, robust methodologies, and cost-efficient thinking really make a difference in the success of any project.
