Paula Serbinin is a Global Go-To-Market and Field Marketing leader with over 15 years of experience driving growth across SaaS, EdTech, and enterprise technology. She currently leads Global Field Marketing for Autodesk Education, where she owns GTM strategy across key markets including the U.S., UK, Germany, India, and Japan — focused on accelerating pipeline, expanding adoption, and strengthening engagement across higher education and vocational segments.
Paula is known for translating strategy into execution, leading integrated campaigns across digital, lifecycle, and partner channels, and building scalable programs that drive measurable business outcomes. She brings deep expertise in aligning Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Partnerships to support complex, multi-stakeholder deals and long-term growth.
Prior to Autodesk, Paula held leadership roles at Trimble and Oracle, where she built and scaled global partner ecosystems, led enterprise GTM strategies, and drove pipeline growth across international markets including APAC and Japan.
Beyond her core role, Paula is passionate about community impact and actively contributes to pro bono initiatives through Autodesk, including supporting Adaptive Spirit and the U.S. Para Ski & Snowboard Team.
She holds an MBA from the University of Colorado and a B.A. from Colorado State University.
