I have experience setting up COEs ground up. In 2020, I had an opportunity to setup AI and RPA departments for Adient (Car Seat Manufacturer) . I started with no background and no prior knowledge in the area, but within short 6 months I was able to setup a high performing team and deliver an AI product that served as a foundation for all of Adient’s AI needs. I also generated AI awareness by doing roadshows and presentations to BRMs, business Partners and fellow IT leaders. My team delivered several Computer Vision applications that were deployed on Shop floors.
