Sylvie joined Autodesk April 2022 as a Sr.Technical Program Manager for the PSET organization. She holds an executive MBA from UQAM, a PMP Certification and a bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from Concordia University. She also completed her Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification, executing several continuous improvement projects.

Prior to joining Autodesk, Sylvie had a 22-year career at CAE, building an expertise in synthetic environment with flight simulation. She began her career as a software developer and progressed to different leadership positions from Scrum Master to Product Owner and Engineering Manager of the Mechanical and Electrical Engineering team. At CAE, Sylvie has chaired the Professional Woman’s Network steering committee strengthening the growth of women in the STEM industry. She contributed to the development of programs on Negotiation, Coaching and Stress Management.
