Courtney is the Director of Government Affairs and Public Policy for Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ) at Autodesk, responsible for driving the company’s public policy engagement strategy and advancing positions that enable customers to design and make a better world in priority APJ markets.
Previously, Courtney held key regional government affairs and regulatory affairs roles at UPS, as well as leadership roles in the company’s business risk & compliance, diversity & inclusion, and women’s leadership development committees. She was also Co-Chair for the American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore’s Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics committee. Her early career roles include trade and investment promotion with the government of Singapore and international trade advisory with Ernest & Young. Courtney holds a MBA from INSEAD (France/Singapore) and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with Honours from the University of Chicago (United States), and completed an Executive Program with Emory University’s Goizueta Business School (United States).
