My name is Markus, and I am based in Leipzig, Germany. I am an Enterprise Account Marketing Manager. I am an architect by profession and a marketer by heart :-)
I spent six years living in China with my family and learned much about the Chinese culture, mindset, and drive to innovate. I learned to see things from different perspectives and be agile when needed and never accept the status quo. My aim in joining this program is to give back to society, considering how lucky we are with everything, to be an example for my kids, and to make the world a little better by contributing to what I can do best, enabling others to be successful and get their voice heard.

As an Enterprise Account Based Marketing professional, a large part of my job is enabling others to be successful. This includes understanding our customers, what drives them, what they expect from us, and what they need to be successful. Knowing about our customers' wants enables our team to create and deliver content and projects that matter to them and allows them to succeed. We work closely with our peers from the sales team and support their work by positioning them as opinion leaders and industry experts by providing insights and opportunities to take the stage and become partners with our customers. To be successful in this position I combine strong analytical skills, creative thinking, and an open mind to keep on learning about new things.
Throughout my career, I was fortunate to work in many different industries, from architectural design to creating special effects for cinematic movies, product design, launching a consumer brand, and building a new marketing team from the ground up. I am proficient in several software solutions such as 3d Max, Adobe Creative Suite, and other creative software to create engaging marketing content.
