My background is in IT Operations, mostly Network Management and Remote Monitoring, and right now I'm an Incident Commander and Analyst in the Cloud Services Operations team for Autodesk. We're a software company headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area with product and services for the architecture, engineering, construction, manufacturing, media, education, and entertainment industries. I love being in IT and analyzing/managing data first hand, but also enjoy the human aspect in collaborating and managing projects and seeing how technology helps people.

It's an honor to have the opportunity to join the Pro Bono Consulting Team with Autodesk.
I bring with me IT Network/Ops experience dating back to my time as a Network Engineer with a remote monitoring and network management start-up during the Y2K era, followed by Walmart.com where I was a part of Site Operations for several of their eCommerce websites, and most recently as a Technical Customer Success Manager through my previous employer's partnerships with companies such as General Electric and several other organizations across the U.S.. I've worked with various software including but not limited to SaaS based monitoring (i.e. New Relic, Splunk, Grafana), collaboration (Confluence, JIRA), and ITSM (ServiceNow, Remedy). In addition, I have an intermediate skillset in project management, technical writing (ITIL), and agile (SCRUM) methodologies.
If I don't have my eyes glued to a computer screen, I enjoy spending my free time with my family, fitness & exercise, and training for the next Spartan Race (obstacle course racing), which we've participated in as a family for the past five years.
I'm excited to work with the team and I look forward to sharing my skills and experience in hopes to help organizations in this platform.
