I started my career as LC technical specialist.
- Conducted meetings with over 600 clients from EMEA on Autodesk Inventory Tool (AIT) implementation.
- Participated in the full auditing process: identify, research and resolve problems, collecting the data, checking for correctness, and sending it to the analytics team.
- Provided effective external and internal user training

Achievements: closed 85% noncompliant cases, conducted a training session "Audit Process" for the Nigerian Copyright Commission, provided technical assistance to third-party companies.
