I’m Tarek, an Industrial Engineer and Principal Professional Services Consultant. I spend most of my time leading complex digital transformation programs for large, organizations, helping teams translate strategy into real-world execution across people, process, and technology. A big part of my work is building rollout strategies, governance models, repeatable processes, and ways of working that can scale beyond a single facility or project. Through pro bono consulting, I’m excited to apply that experience more broadly, particularly in business operations, service design, and helping organizations build stronger systems for growth.
