My role at Autodesk is a Technical Consultant for the Manufacturing Industry Futures group in Autodesk Research. From an academic side, I’m a mechanical engineer from University of Wisconsin-Madison with a background in design and additive manufacturing. My strengths lie in CAD modeling and DfAM, but I am happy & eager to take on other tasks outside of my realm of expertise!

MORE

My job requires a solid understanding of numerous subjects and software tools. I use Fusion 360 as my main go to production tool and tend to leverage any additional Autodesk tools when required. A short list of these would be: Netfabb, Build Simulation, Inventor, CFD, Nastran, etc. As a part of the Special Projects team in Manufacturing Industry Futures, we work with many industry leaders on future innovative concepts. The role is very customer facing which I enjoy. I think my ability to adapt to new environments and collaborate productively help me succeed on the customer side. My favorite part of the job though would have to be the team I am a part of. We work hard and play hard! That’s easily the one thing that gets me coming back each and every day 😊
