Business Process Engineer, Finance Transformation
Video Call
I am a process architect and systems thinker who has spent 10+ years turning complexity into clarity - connecting people, processes, and technology across Finance, Engineering, and Manufacturing at companies like Autodesk and Intel.
I lead end-to-end process transformation programs at Autodesk sitting at the intersection of Finance, Engineering, and Technology where I turn ambiguous, complex problems into governed, scalable solutions. My work spans intelligent automation using RPA and AI/ML, process redesign and value stream analysis, program and change management, and data governance strategies. Prior to Autodesk, I spent several years at Intel as a Technology Development Engineer across global factories owning technology design and experimentation, new product introduction & transfers, and automation rollouts that meaningfully improved operational reliability and efficiency.
I am a self-starter, a dot-connector, and strongly believe that the best systems are the ones designed with people at the center. My superpower is building the connective tissue that shifts organizations from people-dependent, siloed ways of working into scalable, process-driven execution that actually empowers the people doing the work.
