I am an international recruiter with a Bachelor in Spanish and Business and a Masters in International Relations. I'm passionate about helping organizations succeed through talent, and individuals set and meet their career goals. I'm looking for projects which have a sustainable impact on vulnerable groups of our population.

I'm an international recruitment professional with five years of international recruitment experience. Prior to Autodesk, I worked as a recruitment consultant for EMEA-based clients, developing and executing high and low volume recruitment strategies. Since at Autodesk, I have worked on sourcing strategies for sales and services positions in Barcelona. On one hand, I support managers in developing strategies (defining requirements, process, timings) and on the other hand, I coach candidates to help them be successful.

I identify very closely with my Myers Briggs personality type, ENFP. I'm enthusiastic, high-spirited, innovative, and imaginative, always finding a new possibility to try. I am quick with a suggestion for any difficulty, empathetic, and ready to help anyone with a problem. I tend to be more successful in working with people who enjoy structure and who can help "guide" my creative mind.
