A young(ish) entrepreneur with a successful track record of conceptualising, building, and bringing to market a number of businesses across different verticals. My creative and out-of-the-box thinking lends a fresh perspective to disruptive innovation and has led to the launch of restaurants, service businesses, and online retail stores. Concept and branding are my forte, and execution is my specialty.
My background has always been in disruptive innovation. Breaking moulds, challenging the norm and believing in better. My entrepreneurial streak began with snow shovelling and window cleaning, before moving into clothing and physical goods. More recently and most successfully it's been in services, recruitment, cv writing and career coaching. I need to have a personal project alongside my job - it drives my creativity and motivation.
When I ask people I've worked with for feedback and criticism about my approach, I often hear the same word: "Vulnerable". The first time I heard it, I took it negatively and worked on being more 'firm' and 'confident' and 'strong', but over time I began to realise that vulnerability is likely my most valued trait. I don't know everything and I own that; I see every interaction as an opportunity to learn; and there's nothing that gives me more satisfaction than sharing knowledge and paying experience forward with the greater good as the ultimate motivator.
