I have worked on business model transformations, restructures and acquisitions. I hold a Masters in Business Administration and I am also NLP and MBTI qualified. (MURAL, LUMA, Powerpoint).

I have worked in HR for many years, predominantly as a business partner to global sales organisations, focused on org design, strategic direction and talent.

Currently I partner Autodesk's CRO. My experience is global, and I have a strong bias for coaching and inclusion. My style is pragmatic and open. I have worked on acquisitions and also have experience restructuring organizations - planning and implementation, as well as setting up HR departments from scratch.

I am passionate about creating diverse teams and enabling them to collaborate to explore new opportunities or ways of doing things.

I am British and currently live in Spain.
