As a Recruiter, I enjoy strategically building teams and partnering with internal leaders in the SaaS space. I am lucky enough to learn from the candidates I speak with every day out in the industry. Combining my passion for community and the innovation of technology in my work keeps me motivated.
As an employee, friend, partner, aunt, and all other identities that I balance, I strive to stick to my core values and advocate for inclusivity in everything I do. I started getting more active in my community during college days. Having moved from New York to Alabama, I found myself in a bit of a culture shock. Seeking purpose, I ended up leading a Women’s Issues, Support, and Empowerment organization. I found my passion and purpose in this work, and continued on to volunteer for causes such as MoveOn, ACLU, When We All Vote, and more, in the Atlanta community after school while also starting out in my professional recruiting career. Through agencies, start ups, and more, I am lucky to now have a proven track record during my tenure as a now Senior level Recruiter at Autodesk.
During my time here, I have gotten to participate in many projects such as the opening of a Costa Rica sales hub, building out an Inclusive Recruiting landing web page, creating and leading a portion of Recruiter training bootcamp, presenting at several events with our diversity and inclusion partnerships, and more. I hire for various profiles and levels of sales teams across the company, with a focused effort in (but not limited to) Autodesk Constructions Solutions. My daily work includes targeting and interviewing new top talent, while holding both myself and hiring managers accountable to Autodesk’s value’s throughout the full interview process.
