I am the lead for Enterprise Cloud Services. We manage the Hybrid Cloud for DES. Unlike the Public cloud, we have a private cloud with a full capacity of 18K running virtual machines. We ensure this is running smoothly across 24/7 without any disturbance. We have also enabled automation to reduce manual tasks & made life much easier.

As a team lead, I manage a team of 11 members & we manage end to end operations & architect the overall platform to ensure end users are experiencing the best.
We evaluate and design the need according to the requirement and we are available 24/7 listening to our users on their challenges & mitigating any issues which they face with the cloud infrastructure.
I always encourage the team to be more passionate and innovative, be open and disclose the changes at the organization level & engage each individual with the changes.
