Onboarding Program Manager (AMER), Talent Acquisition
I bring a rich blend of experience, having transitioned from teaching to communications, and now creating a world-class onboarding experience as a program manager. With strengths in bringing people together and building effective stakeholder relationships, I've honed skills in planning, event management, project oversight, and communications.
As the Onboarding Program Manager for AMER, I run our three day New Employee Orientation for new hires in the US, Canada, and Latin America. Within this role, I lead our new employees through an engaging introduction to our company and culture, with live guest speakers and many chances to interact and create connections. Outside of our new employee orientation I collaborate with stakeholders from across the company to continuously improve the new hire experience. Working together with many other teams, we create seamless onboarding experiences, setting the stage for a successful and fulfilling journey with Autodesk.
