Resourceful, persistent and a problem solver are the words that describe me. I love to solve difficult problems. I have mastered the skills to break down any problem into smaller pieces, attacking one piece at a time.

As a fan of common-sense agile principles I have led several teams through agile transformations. The most rigid members have managed to acknowledge the merits of agile after working with me.

I have an eye for spotting issues. My tireless research has led me to solutions 100% of the times. I have been asked on several occasions to help diagnose production performance or technical issues outside of my direct sphere of work.

I am actively involved in several women’s networks at and outside of work. Passionate about women’s growth in workplaces.

Seema joined Autodesk in 2000 to help build the first connected product experience within AutoCAD - Point A. As a Senior Principal Engineer, she worked on multiple web and back-end initiatives including the subscription portal, customer error reporting (CER), Customer Involvement Program(CIP), and Cloud Storage and Comments.

Now as a Sr. Manager - Technical Programs, Seema supports Developer Enablement Domain Area. Seema has also developed scalable processes and automated workflows for initiatives like the API Release Process, and Stakeholder Engagement Process used by multiple teams at Autodesk.
