I am a Principal Content Designer with a technical background. I take difficult concepts and simplify them for everyone to understand.

I grew up in England where I received my undergraduate degree in Biological Chemistry from The City University, London. I received my Ph.D. in Analytical chemistry from the University of Rhode Island.

My first job was as a technical support specialist in Massachusetts. I moved to California and held positions at scientific instruments company as researcher, QA lab manager, then Product Manager.

Since moving to Australia, I have worked in technical communications, writing online product manuals, creating video and tutorial learning materials, and most recently in Content Design, working with designer to create simple workflows.
