Deliver innovative and impactful designs, orchestrating the behind the scenes work from ideation through to execution. LUMA and design thinking are key tool kits to facilitating group work. I'm most comfortable when there's a problem to define, stakeholders to learn from and design work to be done. I am a utility player, ready to support the project team in the best way possible - whether it's building out a project schedule, using LUMA to align on the problem or sharing initial designs for feedback. Between my role at Autodesk and previous web agency work, I have nearly 10 years in web design and development.

MORE

I am the motivator, the planner and always connecting dots to support a new product idea or program. I develop plans, strategies and web designs in collaboration with talented folks across the organization - user research, user experience design, visual design, product marketing, testing, web publishing and engineering. I juggle multiple projects and develop strategies to support outcome and key results in our department. I'm a confident presenter and facilitator of LUMA. I have experience working at a digital agency, with a range of clients managing design work and strategies for a small, artisan wine maker in Northern California to a Puerto Rican bank looking to build out their bank branches on the East Coast. My degree is in environmental studies and I began my career in Development work at non-profits.
