Once a marketer turned to operations SME, I'm excited about providing solutions that work and add business value. It’s critical to see through the lens of the customer(s), take the time and effort by asking the right questions to identify and understand the true problem statements. With the relevant information and defined processes, I am able to more easily engineer solutions for stakeholders that are efficient and effective.
My style is to cultivate strong relationships with cross-functional teams and customers - this is a proven recipe for success. I've worked in the Information Technology sphere since 2014, in both global events & global marketing operations and have experience working with a multitude of teams, processes and tools that empower marketers to do their jobs confidently such as Allocadia, Aprimo, SFDC, Eved and Lanyon (Cvent).
Prior to Autodesk and Dell, I was a marketer in the finance industry at Netspend and worked for a small business (Gupta Group) while in college.
