Chief of Staff, Autodesk
With more than 10 years of experience with the senior-level management team, I am highly adept at organizing and managing successful projects and programs. I have an extensive proficiency in budgets, management, forecasting with an emphasis on operations.
For the past few years, I have been the chief of staff to the VP. In this role, I am a: strategic thinker, super organizer, “get stuff done” deliverer, expert facilitator and trusted operator. Along with the VP, I assist in helping transform our organization and manage challenges with different degrees of complexity.
Known for creating rapid impact and multi-tasking effectively, I thrive in a fast-paced environment where barriers blocking optimization can be identified and an action plan is created to resolve those and meet company goals.
I am a firm believer that “We go higher when we bring people together.” Therefore, in the various roles I have held throughout my career, improving internal communications between groups, nothing beats the result of seeing the employee engagement increase as well as happiness and productivity.
