I have worked on the front line for over ten years, supporting customers in their transformation journey by adopting new technologies. I am a customer advocate and enjoy navigating the customer lifecycle from onboarding to renewal. As a Customer Success Manager, I help our customers fulfill their business initiatives and realize value with Autodesk technologies. I also gravitate towards projects outside my core job that involve training, enablement, and coaching.

I enjoy traveling, working, and learning from different people and cultures, always searching for ways to adapt to new environments.

I am grateful for having the opportunity to lead an international career path, working in sales and customer success for notable companies while building meaningful relationships along the way. After seven years in the technology industry, I decided to explore a new chapter by pursuing a long-time passion for interior design. I completed my formal training at the Heritage School of Interior Design in Denver and launched my interior design firm, Homepiphany.

During this time, I also had the opportunity to learn how to use new software that helped transform my design ideas into reality. AutoCAD and Revit introduced me to Autodesk, the company that I now have the pleasure of working for.
