I am a Prosci Certified Change Management Practitioner with an IDEO Change Leadership certificate and have supported projects in over 30 industries with hybrid roles of change manager and project manager. These projects spanned AMER (N & S America), EMEA, and APAC. I have recently joined the Norcal ACMP (Association of Change Management Professionals) Board, serving in the Event Director role.

For over 7 years, I provided services as a strategic consultant for schools, non-profit organizations, and other organizations around change management, professional development, curriculum design, IT strategy, team building, and org design. I have over a decade of experience in K12 education as a Director of Technology & Innovation, Ed Tech Director Technology Integrationist, Engineering/Makerspace coordinator, and Computer Science Teacher. I have over a decade of experience as a trainer and with training program development, especially around technology, computer science, and maker education. I have formally mentored emerging technology leaders, graduate students, and educators; and been an advisor to K12 students.

I have helped to set up, train, and develop learning paths and certifications for various Maker Spaces and tools and presented at conferences on this topic. I have deep experience with 3D Printing, Laser cutting and engraving, creative electronics (Arduino, coding, sensors, etc.), and creative coding. On a related note, I have trained people in the use of TinkerCAD, Fusion, Maya, and 3D Max in educational and professional settings.

I have 6 Google certifications: Google Cloud Digital Leader, Professional Google Workspace Administrator, Associate Cloud Engineer, Google Certified Trainer, Google Certified Educator Levels 1 & 2, and have deep experience with setting up and managing a Google Admin console, Google Classroom, and also with Google Cloud environments.

I'm also an audio engineer & music producer with a deep technical background that includes live streaming experience (Streamlabs OBS, Restream, Zoom, Google Meet, etc), music production education (Pro Tools, Ableton Live, Reason, and many others) as well as content development, curriculum design, and consulting.

I've worked in Emerging Technology research as a National Science Foundation IGERT fellow with over 15 years of experience in media design and development spanning web design, sound design, video editing, Unity3D & game dev on other platforms, & various coding platforms. I have worked in app development for iOS and video games and have helped develop workshops, hackathons, and design thinking sessions, and presented on AR/VR (including hackathons. I have co-authored research papers and presented at over a dozen conferences (in person and virtual).

I enjoy leading interdisciplinary teams to solve problems innovate and work towards solutions. I am both a sage on the stage and a wizard behind the curtain. People enjoy working with me because I am passionate, personable, fun, knowledgeable, and have a great attitude. I’m skilled at navigating sticky situations and have a broad and deep set of skills. I enjoy leading design thinking and solutioning sessions, to inspire people to bring their best selves and work together towards creating strategic plans, design docs, and technical docs for a successful project rollout and delivery.
