As a Customer Success Manager for the APAC region, I support global companies in their digital transformation through strategic goals definition and product enablement.

I have an engineering diploma and I started as a project manager for a fire protection company. Then I moved to Singapore to become the first CSM to implement digital tools in construction sites.

I am a creative thinker with a passion to help people in the construction industry.

I started my career as a project manager for Engie coordinating fire protection installation on multiple construction sites from office towers, malls, supermarkets, or warehouses. I learned a lot about subcontractor management, suppliers supervision, schedule, and cost optimization.

In 2016, I moved to Singapore as the first CSM for Finalcad, a collaborative platform for construction sites stakeholders. Being hands-on towards technical support, customer training, and feature definition, taught me how to optimize and prioritize efficiently my day.
