During my career, I have been involved in project scoping, requirements gathering, drawing up the schedule/dev life cycle model, organizing large teams, managing and communication to stakeholders(weekly status reports, governance meetings, reporting metrics), identifying/mitigation/managing risks, managing the projects/programs on a daily-basis. I have collaborated with different kind of teams, closely involved in product launches & release management, developed light-weight process'/created best practices, identified new opportunities, worked on an average of 10+ proposals/year across different kinds of development.
