I’m a Business Partner to our License Compliance team. I support the team with activities from sales enablement to process improvements. Running LUMA workshops or planning meetings for the global team, is something I get asked to do regularly. What excites me is to help people be successful in their job.

My current focus areas are the team's Onboarding of new hires, on going learning for existing sales, process improvements in Salesforce, Outreach, our yearly One team conference Employee track & various smaller enablement projects.

My passion is to help people be successful, whether that's with facilitating a workshop, setting up trainings, creating a new process etc. If we can make an impact together, that's what counts. People describe me as warm, fun, solution oriented mindset & humble.

When I'm not working, you can definitely find me in the kitchen trying new vegan recipes or out in the nature or reading books.
