I'm Julea!

I am a collaborative, people-focused, fun sales professional with a drive for enabling others to succeed through effective communication, memorable learning, and inclusive collaboration; and hitting my number of course. In addition to delivering strong Renewal Rep responsibilities and clawing my way up the ranks in attainment, I have taken on a significant onboarding and enablement role during this time of change to the Renewal Organization.

I am truly energized by opportunities to bring people together, facilitate impactful conversations, create structured, relevant experiences, and help teams achieve shared goals. I am excited to apply these strengths in a project management capacity where I can contribute to cross-functional initiatives, workshop facilitation, process improvement, and collaborative problem solving.
