My education is in natural resource management and STEM education, creating curriculum. A majority of my professional background is in sales of manufacturing services. My personal interests and knowledge are in team sports, extreme sports, and podcasting.

MORE

I went to college for Natural Resource Management and focused on environmental education which led me to be passionate and take on projects where I created and taught STEM curriculum for K-12. This led to an internship at the California Academy of Sciences where I updated the Classroom Kit curricula to integrate new standards called Next Generation Science Standards (NGSS), reformatting lesson plans, worksheets, and resources using InDesign software.

Then I transitioned into a professional career in sales at an advanced manufacture. In the beginning of this career I sold commercial 3D printers and then part way through moved to selling manufacturing services like 3D printing, CNC machining, casting, and injection molding. To do this, I worked with various product design and manufacturing groups across industries (from consumer electronic, to medical, to aerospace) to help them figure out the best manufacturing method and material for their projects.

Now I currently work at Autodesk in Customer Success ensuring our customers get the most value out of BIM 360 Design, a collaboration software for architects.

In my freetime, I used to play roller derby for one of the top 10 teams in the world. I retired from that a few years ago to focus solely on mountain biking. This has led me to create a podcast about the rising women's participation in mountain biking. I produce and host this interview podcast.
