At Autodesk, he is responsible for the security and compliance of over 300 customer & enterprise applications running in multi-cloud environments. He built the Cloud Security team and capabilities from the ground up.



Before Autodesk, he managed security & compliance for Collaboration Cloud & SaaS applications at Cisco. He transformed the security posture from a blocker to a differentiator for the business and elevated the department’s influence; aligned its outlook and strategy to become an enabler to achieve business objectives and customer demands.



As part of EY's Risk Advisory Services, before Cisco, he managed service delivery and consulting engagements for the Fortune 500 in the finance, healthcare, technology, retail, utility, consumer, entertainment, and e-commerce sectors. He transformed clients' technology posture by defining strategy, building and implementing secure, scalable solutions, and achieving regulatory compliance (Key clients: Kaiser Permanente, Google, Cisco, eBay, Workday, Schwab, PGE).



He is the co-author of two books: Android Security: Attacks and Defenses, Core Software Security: Security at the source. He is also a contributing author of Defending the Cloud: Waging Warfare in Cyberspace.

His books are used by leading universities worldwide to teach application and mobile security, including Harvard University, University of Virginia, Dartmouth College, Carnegie Mellon University, Cork Institute of Technology (Ireland), and University of Manchester (United Kingdom).

He has been a keynote speaker at leading universities & intelligence agencies.

He has taught security to students and professionals alike, and his work has been cited by over 60 influential research papers in prestigious journals, including ACM and IEEE.
