Experienced technology professional building distributed platforms at scale using cloud-native technologies and techniques. Extensive experience working on issues of resilience, performance, security, compliance, and operability of complex systems.

My last 7 years has been spent in various platform engineering roles at a leader in the construction software industry. Previous experience includes work on systems in finance, telecommunications, and health care.

I enjoy working on large, complex projects involving business-critical system design and implementation, particularly using cloud-native architectures. I've done extensive work building systems with AWS cloud infrastructure, networking, and storage using managed services such as EKS, RDS, S3, SNS/SQS, DynamoDB, and others. I've also worked in compliance-sensitive environments adhering to controls for FedRAMP, PCI-DSS, and HIPAA.
