I'm a Product/UX professional specializing in research and strategy. I deliver the quant and qual insights organizations need to craft the right strategy to achieve their vision. Fundamentally, I connect organizations authentically with the people they serve. Along the way, I often find myself establishing new processes, mentoring teams, and supporting organizations through stages of rapid change.
Beyond my work in industry, I’m a professor and the Director of the Applied Cognitive Psychology: User Experience master’s program at Claremont Graduate University. I’m passionate about bridging the painful gap between academia and industry, so I am constantly seeking opportunities to connect my UX students with meaningful work and volunteer experiences.
