Senior UX Designer, Autodesk
As a UX designer on the Digital Help team, I design experiences for customers and service providers who engage with Autodesk to learn and troubleshoot our products, as well as tools for internal customer-facing teams. I also have experience planning and moderating usability tests and customer feedback workshops.
I'm a UX designer with experience on web and mobile products teams. Before a career pivot, I worked on a litigation support team, where I led software training sessions and helped legal teams assess their data management needs. Since them, I've been focused on helping people get their work done more efficiently by removing the roadblocks of confusing interfaces, work processes, learning materials, and documentation.
