I support automotive customers in all their software and technical matters. I'm a specialist with VRED. As a DSS, we help the customers where we can and are always in close contact with them. We give them the closed loop on what is happening with their cases, bugs, improvement requests, support cases and so on.

We also help them with the delivery of Accelerators (Tutorials) with which we can upskill them in the software we are specialised for, but we can also have ask-a-specialist sessions, where we answer the customers questions and in general we help them to achieve their goals and always try to have a good relation to the customers.

- Studied 3D Art and Animation in Game Design but also preparing me for the Automotive Sector, the Film sector and for general Multimedia.

For the last 7 years I worked in the Automotive industry, mainly as a Visualiser with VRED and as a Poly Modeler with Maya. At my last company Mackevision I was working as a Product Data Manager on the official Daimler Configurator with it' s logic and as part of the picture production for it. I stood in close contact to Daimler.
