I earned my 5th sabbatical, which means I have been at Autodesk for over 20 years! I have been fortunate enough to hold various roles including being an operations manager within the marketing, finance, and revenue organizations.

During the past few years, I have worked in the Global Commissions Office as AMER Commissions Manager. In my current role, we process commissions payments monthly and continuously identify opportunities to make our daily/monthly/yearly processes for efficient and strive to provide the best in class customer service to our key stakeholders, sales reps!

I am leading a team of four analysts, who have various skills and experiences. I try to align my self to their career goals and partner with them to identify special projects that continue to build on their skill sets. I have found this to be the best approach to get the best out of each of my directs.

I have worked with various systems including SAP, Ariba, BPC, Anaplan, SFDC, IBM Varicent, MS Office, and most recently our newest commissions platform Forma AI. I recently been intrigued by understanding system logic behind how one system reacts with various inputs and outputs. I want to continue building my knowledge in this area.
