As a Customer Success Manager at Autodesk, I support companies in the AEC/ENI space that are responsible for infrastructure projects in the country. In particular, I focus on ensuring the success of our clients' initiatives to industry leaders.
I have been in the IT industry for a long time and have experience in a variety of industries (manufacturing, public sector, construction and engineering) including Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Project Management.
Deriving the current state of a customer and what it should be, and developing strategies and implementation plans to bridge the gap.
Using business development and marketing methods for existing clients, I can create business plans based on hypotheses from market analysis and analysis results. You will also be able to test these hypotheses and narrow down the areas of focus.
You will be able to take a strategic and effective approach to the market through lateral business development and project management. Share annual goals and action plans, identify new business areas to target, and find ways to expand and improve existing areas.
My software skills are primarily in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc).
I speak Japanese fluently. I have an intermediate level of English for business, however I am not good at it.
