Hi! I've been working at Autodesk since 2015 as a product specialist supporting Civil 3D, Infraworks, and AutoCAD Map 3D. I made a 180-degree career change, coming from the consulting industry.
I feel fortunate to engage our end-users every day and help them overcome and solve challenging issues.

Prior to joining Autodesk, I spent about ten years in the consulting industry as a project manager and geophysicist helping engineering and environmental companies better understand the world around them by using remote sensing, non-destructive, technologies. I’m motivated and enjoy solving challenging problems and I think that's what people see when working together. “It is what it is” might be the saying I hate most and I want to rally those around me to understand we CAN make things better.
Eventually, Autodesk found me and asked me to join the Global Product Support Team. I have experience using AutoCAD Map 3D, Civil 3D and Infraworks but most of all I can communicate effectively with our users because of my experience in the consulting industry. I also take part in other smaller projects and enjoy collaborating and working with others.
I'm always looking for ways to help. It's in my nature. Even when I’m asked to help or investigate something that’s not within my “wheel house” I take the challenge head-on and don’t back down.
