I am trained as an Architect worked in the industry for ~8 years. Now I am a Revit subject matter expert and work on developing learning content for Revit focusing on video tutorials.

I began my career in the Architecture industry developing skills in AutoCAD and Revit and project management. I have developed drawings and managed multiple small scale commercial building projects. I know how to develop a drawing set and get a construction project delivered.
As my software skills developed I made a career change to work for Autodesk. I began at Autodesk in Product Support working on customer service skills and developing knowledge articles to help user learn Autodesk software. I then moved to my current role as a Subject Matter Expert/Content Experience Designer for Revit and other building software products.
I create written help topics as well as video learning content. I use my graphic design skills I learned as an Architect to develop graphics and illustrations for help topics.
With learning content's close relationship with UX and UI design I have developed skills in this area as well as skills related to user research and user testing.
