As a Sales Enablement Manager at Autodesk, I make sales teams more efficient. I design and administer training programs and process changes that boost individual performance and confidence.

I'm a former English teacher turned seller turned sales enabler. I love teaching because catering to different learning styles is a fun and rewarding puzzle.

Before joining Autodesk, I ran sales enablement at a real estate/property management tech start-up that was working to make homeownership more accessible to people who struggled to qualify for a traditional mortgage. I have experience designing onboarding and certification programs for business partners as well as internal sellers.

With me, you'll get a passion for interactive training, data-driven clarity in fast-paced environments, and solid grammar to boot. My strategy is grounded in two core beliefs: people have to participate to learn, and what gets measured gets improved.

Outside of work, I enjoy a good book and most of the typical Colorado outdoorsy activities – rock climbing, hiking, and backpacking.
