I am a civil engineer with experiences in all the phases of infrastructure projects: preliminary studies, detailed design, construction, and operations. I have a wide and open view, having worked on projects in four different countries, ranging from small businesses to multinationals. I'm passionate about innovation and making work simpler to enhance creativity as well as improving the world we live in.

I have experience in a wide range of activities:

-As a consultant, I focus on client needs and how to deliver value to them. Adapting what I do and how I do it so that it fits to why the client needs it.
-As a project manager, I lead project teams to deliver within a budget and time frame. This involved among others: program definition, technical studies on infrastructure, risk analysis and management, environmental impact assessment, etc.
-As an optimization project leader, I used the lean methodology to establish an action plan and KPIs which I monitored in order to transform the organization and processes of a company's department
-As a site engineer, I managed several construction teams, monitoring advancement and quality, developing client relationship, prospecting for new business opportunities, and scoping new projects.

I am a positive-thinking person, and I enjoy collaborating in teams and sharing views and ideas to achieve better results. I will focus on results and how to get there even though it demands adapting or getting out of my comfort zone.
